What is Ovoro?

Ovoro is Finland’s first fully automated crypto-investing app. We provide the simplest and most accessible way to start your crypto journey without previous experience as a cryptocurrency investor.  


Ovoro’s Asset Collections allow you to invest in multiple cryptocurrencies simultaneously with just one tap on your phone. Our AI takes care of the trading process for you. Automatically, 24/7.

How many cryptocurrencies does Ovoro offer?

Currently, we have 25+ cryptocurrencies within eight expertly curated Asset Collections. (*These are subject to change.)


We work tirelessly to diversify the portfolio of Asset Collections and cryptocurrencies we offer our users.

Do I have to be an exprienced trader to use Ovoro?

No. Ovoro offers the easiest way for crypto enthusiasts and beginner investors to gain access and exposure to the cryptocurrency market and its potential.

Getting started

How do I get started with Ovoro?

To get started, download Ovoro from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.

What information do I need to provide to register?



If you wish to test Ovoro risk-free, a valid email address is enough to register in the app and start using the virtual money available in the Simulator.


To start investing in the available cryptocurrencies with real money, however, you need to verify your identity by submitting a government-issued ID (passport). The passport is part of a standard KYC procedure. It is required once for the purposes of depositing funds under the real money section of the app.

Can I test Ovoro before I start to invest?

Yes. Ovoro's Simulator allows you to invest virtual money in any of our Asset Collections risk-free.


The performance of our Simulator reflects reality, so potential gains and losses would have happened with real money, too.


The Simulator is meant for demonstration purposes only.

Deposits and Withdrawals

How do I deposit funds into my account?

To deposit funds, first make sure you have selected Real Money from the blue drop-down button. With that selected, use the wallet button, and then, tap Deposit to deposit the amount you wish.
Once you have deposited the desired amount, select your favorite asset collections and invest.

What currencies can I deposit?

Currently, you can make deposits in euros.

Is there a minimum amount I have to deposit?

Yes, there is. You can begin your investment journey with as little as 20 euros. There is no upper limit to how much money you deposit in our system.

How long do deposits/ withdrawals take to process?

Deposit/ withdrawal processing times may vary. While Ovoro supports Sepa Instant Payments which usually take up to 30 seconds to display, depending on user banks and other factors outside of Ovoro, it is possible to experience delays.


Rest assured that your money is on its way and allow for 1-2 business days for the process to complete.

Can I invest at regular intervals?

At the moment, this feature is not available. (For this and other updates, please check the What’s New? section on our website or follow us on social media.)

How do I withdraw funds from my account?

To withdraw funds, go to your Wallet and tap the Withdraw button. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Why are trade results and investment profits different numbers?

Trade results and investment profit numbers differ because Ovoro doesn't use the full amount you've invested in an Asset Collection in one single trade.

For example, you have 100 euros invested in the Big Five Asset Collection. Ovoro opens a trade with any of the pairs in the Collection and decides that it is best to use 20 euros out of the total amount. The results from that trade will be reflected in your future balance when the trade is closed.

Fees

What fees does Ovoro charge?

Our platform charges a flat 0.15% fee per trade, covering all costs—exchange fees, commissions, and related charges—with no hidden fees or additional costs. 

We are fully transparent, allowing you to trade confidently.

Regulations, Compliance, and Security

Is Ovoro regulated?

Yes. Ovoro Oy is fully compliant with all relevant regulations. We are a registered Virtual Assets Service Provider (VASP) regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland FIN-FSA.

What is KYC, and why is it required?

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a process to verify your identity, required by law to prevent fraud and money laundering. You'll need to complete KYC to fully use our services. The KYC is a standard requirement and it’s only necessary when you wish to deposit real money and start investing.

I am from country X. Why can’t I use your service?

Currently, Ovoro is only available in the Nordics (Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark). We are working on expanding the list of available countries and regions.
